Shipping & returns


Important - Please do not book your installer until your items have been delivered. Delivery drivers are required to deliver goods to the property may not be permitted to carry goods indoors. If you would like any further information please contact us.

If you are not in the trade, please use a qualified tradesman.

Please follow the follwing Process:

1. Check Condition of Packaging of Goods Upon Delivery.  If Packaging looks Ok sign and accept the delivery. Please open within 48 hours to check for any damages

2. Check Goods are what you Ordered. Check the Description and any relevent codes

3. Store Goods Carefully.

4. Book Installation after the first 3 steps are done.

5. Before Installation check with the fitter as to the suitability of the items

6. After installation, check all goods are working as they should be.  If there are any issues the easiest way to remedy is to contact the manufacturer. Of you need contact detils, please contact us/

7. Register for any wrranties etc.


Standard Returns

With all online orders from City Plumbing Ltd, you are eligible to submit a return request for a full refund no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods for a full credit or refund. You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods. This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery). We will attempt to make return payments within 14 days following the cancellation date.


Returns Process

Please Read The Images and Insurance section below.

Should you decide that you no longer require the goods, or they simply do not suit your requirements, then please follow our simple returns procedure below: 

STEP 1 - Please contact us no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods by emailing

STEP 2 - We will then email you with the return instructions and address for postage. At this point we may require an image of the goods. A returns label will be sent for you to tape onto the outer packaging. Please Note - this is not a prepaid label.

STEP 3 - Once the goods have been received back and inspected, you will receive your refund within 14 days. 


We may ask for images for your return, whether they have been unopened or not. This is a precaution for all of our customers and protects you from any damage in transit issues.
